Makan with Ex-staff

Just returned from dinner makan session with EL, MH, CY, TT and BMW (name has been abbreviated to hide the identity. hehehe.). Quite interesting session lor. Both, TT and I, shared our grievances with EL during the makan. I think EL can understand what we went through lor since she had also suffered under that miserable "Egg Vehicle Duck's horn" before.

However she expressed her disappointment in her successor (Sewage Water Pipe) when she heard from the horses' mouth that there is still the existence of that 6-8 drafts for the test papers. (Ya lah, TT and my mouth are horses' mouth lah. CTT!) And when we told EL about the latest TT's "paper incident, her 1st remark was "Wau lau eh! How can she have such lack of integrity as a management personnel?" Well said, EL! I totally agree with you!

But hor, I remember few years ago when we was setting the paper with EL til the last minutes in the HODs room and when we were leaving at about 7.30 pm, someone warned us not to let to let the 2 p's know that we stayed until so late. That someone even said that if they got winds of it, she will put the blame on us. Hmmm.....I wonder who was it hor? Kind of like that chinese saying "50 steps laughing at 100steps, isn't it? But of course when comparing your crime to her crime, yours is the lesser evil lor. But to me there isn't much of a differences lor.

You know sometime I also don't know what's wrong with that swp. She seems to be a nice person (though the niceness feels artificial), but the things she do to people I really don't comprehend lor. And the latest news I heard, the school have requested for a new sci head. This means that all her efforts have pushes her further away from that seat that she wanted to sit in that "room". Stupid isn't it?

New Announcements

Tada! To inform those readers who doesn't know me. I'm presently unemployed because I've resigned from my job as a teacher as of 31 May 2007. Can't stand the "daggers throwing competition" in the school (circus act was never & will never be my forte), that "wait leg duck's sound" (kanna sia man! Say I never perform to expectation last year. So smart come & take my class lah. NIE really never teach how to teach this kind of kids, ok.) & that "sewage water pipe" (frankly, other than being very meticulous & perfectionist & scared of being the scapegoat & having the habit of requiring supee to prepare at least 8 drafts of every paperwork & covering of own backside before standing up for her own supee, she is actually a not-bad sup lor.).

Frankly, I'm also a bit disappointed to leave this job lor. I mean I have really quite good colleagues lor. People like Mrs Lee, Mrs Ang-Ng, Mdm Chan, Grace, Siew Ping, Ms Han, Princess Hayati, General Iqbal & of course my bestest kaki in the school, the one and only smurfest Sri who will never fail to give me that sinister eye when she is reminded of my resignation. I'll like to thank all of you for your support and encouragement when Iwas in this school. Many oldies' names were left out either because I wasn't really close to them or they are the circus clowns I mentioned before. (Yup! I know who threw those daggers at me.)

And of course I'll also remember the newbies lor. Nice working with you people too. Just beware of the clowns in each levels. Anyway who to beware of, I've transfered the knowledge to a certain Ms Tan. Go ask her. hahahaha! 8)

So presently I'm awaiting for my SIM degree to start lor. Starting in July. I thought of trying for SMU but read through their brochures and heard from my poly kaki who was SMU graduate, I don't think I'll like their teaching style lor. Just in case some readers doubt my ability to get into SMU, please be inform that my grades was on par with my that poly kaki, ok. If she can get in, I don't see why I can't. And just for your info, I got into University of Melboune in 2000 (No.1 uni in Australia in 1999/2000) but I have to reject my place due to some family problems. Anyway my SIM degree is a 3.5 years course, I'm only doing it in 2 years.

While waiting I'm also giving tuition lor. I hope to become a full-time tutor when I graduate in 2009, so now laying the grounds for my future. Any "lo bangs" to recommend to me?
