Good & Bad News of 20/11/2008

I have two matters to blog about today. First matter is good news. Today is the PSLE result-released day. My P6 kids all passed. Yipee! Results for some were a bit disappointing lor. But then bo bian lah, no use crying over spilt milk lor, they just have to work harder when they reach secondary school.

Second matter is not so good news lor. If you recall 2 entries back, I blogged about E2's persistence borrowing of my money to pay for her/his debts. Guess what! That f****r just throw 2 bills at me and want me to help him pay first. Arghh...........I really don't think I can last till March '09 even. 1 bill is for the insurance of the black lancer ($1,558.96) and the next bill is for the road tax of the black lancer ($367). After including the 1.9K she/he still owe me and the 4K that I'm "suppose" to lend him/her, she/he would be owing me about 8K liao. It's 3/4 of my saving now. I don't think I can last till March '09. She/he keep insisting that when her/his personal annuity of $36K matured in March '09, she/he will repaid the loan. Sigh........I hate it when she/he takes me for an idiot. The annuity was taken up in 2004. Those who know how to calculate the future value of annuity due, please tell me how is it possible for the annuity to generate 36K within 4 years given the present market condition.

You know the situation is so bad that I'm now not even able to spare any extra cash to treat an ex-colleague, who is retiring, to a farewell makan. This colleague help me a lot when I was in MOE but now.......sigh........want to cry liao................

Btw, now the word "You pay first." has become a taboo word in my vocabulary. F**k Y** I Pay First!

Just came back from the Asia Pacific Food Expo 2008. Wah! Many food to eat! Eat like siao! This also try, that also try. Feel like a pig now. LOL.

Pissed Off Ranting

I never thought I'll be saying this but I'm becoming more and more pissed off as the days goes by. Hmmm.......I sound suspiciously like certain Hilda-ian. Anyway this certain person I know is irritating me more and more each day. I shall not mention name but this person ah.........is really too much lor. Let just call this person E-diot 2 a.k.a. E2. Actually this E2 has been irritating me for a very long time with her/his stupidity and immaturity Keep asking me to to do stuff for her/him but she/he is never appreciative of me lor. So far when it's for some fun or joyous activities, she/he will never come look for me wan lor. (Erm.......actually have lah....but I'm the number 999999999999999999999999999999 person she/he'll ask lor.) But if she/he wants something "serious" done, the first name to pop up in her/his mind will be me. B***** H***! What do she/he take me for? A maid? A robot? I got no life of my own is it? And the worst thing is I dislike people who borrow money from me and don't pay. My policy has always been 1 loan per person. You pay up then you ask me for another loan. I'm not a bank, ok? I earn my money the hard way, by saving wisely and spending prudently. It's not my fault if you don't know how to do that! And stop telling me your problems, E2! Not say I don't sympathise with E2 but, let's face it, quite a lot of time the problems were due to her/his own stupidity. I already warned E2 many times before the matters got worst to restraint herself/himself but never did once E2 heed my warnings and advices? E2 just assume that I'm jealous. Hello! What's there to be jealous about? I'm trying to save E2 before the matters get worse. But it's like talking to a brick wall lor. F****** irritating! I can forsee that bad outcome, I warned you, then you don't listen, when that bad outcome happen, you come complaining to me. What you expect me to do then?? It's like after SA2 a student come to me and say "Mr Lim, what you told me to learn for exam, all came out, but all I never learnt. Now I got zero, How?"

For your info, E2's bank account now is as flat as a piece of tissue. Why I know is because I've been paying E2's car installments, occasional utility bills and etc. for these past months. For a person with such low savings in bank, she/he actually went to sell his car and bought another more ex car. Now she/he has to pay two car installments plans. From my point of view it's stupidity at its apex lor. Then another incident, recently my SIL said she want to go on a tour to Europe and whether E2 and me wants to go too. Acting stupid but don't want to look stupid, E2 stupidly agree to go. I can't make it lor as the trip is in February, I got to go SIM lah. Then later when everyone is inside their rooms, E2 snucked into my room and ask me die die must lent her/him 4K to go Europe. Argh......STUPID E-diot! No money, don't say you want to go lah! The best part wasn when she/he saw my pissed off face when I heard about her/his request, she/he said "Don't worry! You don't need to be jealous. The next time I'll followed you go Hokkaido." Sigh.........Wah lan eh! I'M NOT JEALOUS! I'M JUST "FASCINATED" BY YOUR STUPIDITY! Firstly, her/his unpaid loan to date amounted to 2K+ liao! With that 4K loan, she/he will be owing me 6K+ liao. Based on my calculation, if she/he don't pay up the 6K+ by next June, I will very well need to sell off my "precious" City. I'm not a BANK! Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!! And secondly, for goodness sake! I never SAID I want go HOKKAIDO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did mentioned I won't mind going back there during its summer to view the flowers. BUT I want to go to the Kyushu regions the next time I go to Japan. Kyushu NOT Hokkaido!

Exam Over Loh!!!!!!

Yipee! So happy today! After a brain-zapping 3 weeks, I've finally finished my last paer for this semester. Shiok sia! Can't say the same for the paper today lah, but then who cares man?!!! I'm going to enjoy the moment while it last. Pass, fail next semester then worry lah. LOL

Anyway, I'm also now very happy lor. For the first time in my blog history, I actually blogged an entry early then a certain blue thingy. Hooray! This called for a celebration. Now let see what that blue thingy will say after reading my entry. Hahaha!

Recently these two months, I've been viewing marriage and ROM photos of my friends. Sigh.....times really flies.......everyone getting marry liao........leaving lonely, pityful me!!!! (Erm......can cue in the sorrowful music in the background? That's better.) LOL! Anyway, the recent "overdose" of marriage photos really started me thinking lor. Are October and November auspicious months for marriage? Within two weeks, I've browse 2 sets of photos liao.......No joke leh.

Some of you may suggest that I faster get hitch too but it's really easier said than done lor. I can't find any prospective "candidates" yet leh. Quite chiam lor. I'm not choosy leh. My criteria are quite simple.

1. Must be a girl.
2. Height is not an issue. (But of course giantess and dwarf need not apply lor. No offence though.)
3. Will laugh at my jokes. (Very important this criteria!)

See!!! My criteria quite simple what! How come I can't find a "candidate" leh. Why????
